Best service around and the car detailing they do is top notch.
BMW of Vista was my first Dealer Service experience and I’m very satisfied with it. Brought my 750Li with cylinder misfires and emission leak issues. The car was immediately checked in for repair and loaner was provided. I would like to Thank Thelma for constant communication and the Technician for properly diagnosing the engine. The car was fixed in timely manner, and it is running like new again.
They did an amazing job taking care of my BMW. Washed and detailed too. Some issues fixed and a recall. All for less than expected.

They tell me my car is only worth $8700, and then list and sell it for $11,500. Was told by finance that service was supposed to call me and set up a time to put a special coating on my windshield, but haven’t yet. I was told by the sales manager we care about the military, but now I think that is a load of crap. They care only about money

I want to thank Kathy Roxas my service advisor and the technician for taking such great care of my M5. They not only fixed my initial fault in a timely matter, they also located a oil leak and had it resolved in minimal time. Great service department with excellent communication skills 10/10!
