1 star I’m a little disappointed that the service staff is unaware or dishonest of their service warranties and almost made me pay $4000 out of pocket. I found out I have a SULEV motor and it’s covered under the emissions warranty for 15yrs or 150,000. Check under your hood and you’ll see if you have a SULEV motor. My turbo charger went out so this is covered. Also, it appears my navigation system has not been updated since 2013 and last time I took it in for service was 2016 at the dealership in Vista. Great service and everyone is always so pleasant and polite.
Came to look at a car advertised on there website and it wasn’t here; came back when it was here and apparently my business wasn’t good enough and kept me waiting over 2 hours to look at the car. Which I still didn’t get to see. Don’t waste your time coming here!
