I have been taking my BMW to this location for 5 years now for service and it is the BEST service I’ve experienced! Braie has been my service rep and has always provided excellent customer service for me and my family. Wouldn’t use anyone else!

My service advisor Joe has taken care of me both times I have had my car in. I had no problem getting an appointment and my car was always returned washed. I have been with BMW for 20 years and have been upset with the brand, due to previous treatment from Escondido BMW. I'm sticking with Vista for now on.
BMW of Vista did an excellent job on my recent service. They got me in quickly with no appointment and had me out the door in a freshly washed car in less than the time quoted. I thought the facility was very updated, the customer area very comfortable and my service person , Kathy, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. A great experience. I’ll definitely go back.
Excellent service staff are very nice
I love my rep Brian Chartier. He's the super rep of Vista This is my 4th BMW and I love that he is considerate, of not only my time but of the fact that he makes sure the work is done with my warranty as much as possible. He takes all my concern away when I know he's looking our for my best interest. I'm grateful that he let's me know the best time to come to make sure i get a car rental.
