I BROUGHT MY 1987 BMW 528 FOR AN OIL AND FILTER CHANGE.WHICH IS REGULAR MAINTENANCE. I BROUGHT MY CAR AT 0735 FOR A 0745 APPOINTMENT. I WAITED FOR IT TO BE DONE. I WAS ABLE TO GET IT BACK AT 1205. WAITING FOR 4 HOURS FOR A ROUTINE OIL AND FILTER CHANGE I COULDN'T COMPREHEND.

This was the first time I brought my vehicle in for service. My request of appointment were prompt and my service advisor is Braei Young. Mr. Young was courteous, prompt, on top of things and friendly yet professional. The car was done within promised time and when they washed my car, it came out dried. Later on, when I was home, I noticed that they had wiped off all the break dust on the wheels. No one did that for me ever. It's a small pet peeves of mine to have clean wheels.
