Service advisor came out quickly to check in our car. Our own advisor was momentarily booked, so another rep met us. Took our car back for service immediately and said it would be about 1 1/2 hours. We were offered a loaner due to husband's health, but we made the decision to wait for the car. It was completed on time, and washed. Very pleased.
I have purchased 2 cars from your dealer ship And have asked many times to put a seating area outside for your customers. Over the last 6 years I find myself sitting on the curb. It would not be that hard to put a few chairs outside. Otherwise I have had a good experience.

We had a great experience at the BMW of Vista due to their employee, Ricky Lopez. We purchased a used Jeep and he knew far more about these vehicles than the Jeep dealers I visited. He also knows alot about BMWs, gathered from an offline discussion. He seems dedicated to learning about the vehicles they offer. I recommend making an appointment with Ricky.
