It's a very nice dealership; BUT I bought my BMW in Boise - People were super friendly and always recognized me when I came in to have my car washed every week (something they do in Idaho, free car washes, once a week for a year). Roseville was "polite." But not the friendly atmosphere I'm used to at a BMW Dealership. The waiting area also had free coffee, water, tea, soda's, snacks. At Roseville, I believe they have vending machines. I'm not saying it's bad, just different to what I'm used to.

My service adviser Damon was easy to work with, he was very professional and had my car in and out in no time and always takes the time to let me know if there is something else that is needed with my car such as tires, brakes, etc. This time everything was good!!
Would not fix broken timing chain on my vehicle due to the fact that I was unable to provide proof of oil changes performed by previous vehicle owner, even thou this is such a common defect in my 2012 BMW 528i that the warranty has been extended to 7 years / 70,000 miles. BUYER BEWARE!
Best service. Work done very well and fast return. Friendly staff.
