Great car, great price, great dealership. Our 2017 X 3 is terrific and so was the purchasing experience. Got a very good no hassle price right from the start, did not have to haggle their offer was so generous. After being shown the features of the car in a pouring down rain a staff member transferred all of our personal belongings from our previous automobile into the new one. Good customer service no pressure, I recommend.
Shannon Babby is an outstanding sales professional - he provided regular updates during the sale process on a CPO 535i xDrive and went 'above and beyond' to answer my questions and get the information I requested. In addition, I requested the front bumper license plate holder be removed and refinished. He worked with the body shop to get this done - It looks like new! Outstanding professionals & dealership!

I purchased a vpc plan for my 07 328i. I brought my vehicle in for my 2nd oil change since my purchase. When it was done, i was seen out by the service writer and i began to drive home, it wasnt until halfway home on the freeway, my oil level light turned on and it registered as 1 qt low. I had to bring it back to have it topped off. Ultimately, making me late for other appointments that day. I expect that service from a jiffy lube or a pepboys. Not a bmw dealer.
