We appreciated having a loaner vehicle especially since it took a week before BMW was able to repair our minor problem under warranty.

Brought the car in for routine servicing. They kept it for 12 hours. When I picked it up, it hadn't been washed and the service alert wasn't reset. So now I'm pretty sure they charged me $725 to drive it on and off the lot! Niello in Sac would have washed, vacuumed and serviced the car in under 2 hours. WHY did I go to Roseville BMW????? Now my car blinks RED: SERVICE ME! when I turn it on. I think I'll call the cc company and stop payment
My last experience with BMW of Roseville is awful. Absolutely not professional. Three days instead of one, additional charges not included initially and not willing to work with an insurance company - that's what you should expect there. Please, avoid them if you can.
Always service my car here. Prompt service. Love the shuttle service.
We love our X3. My husband took the car in for regular service. They did let him know that the car would be in the shop for a while because they were backed up from yesterday. When he picked it up, the windows weren't very clean, he stopped at the gas station and cleaned them again. There was a water bottle left in it also.
Just bought a 2017 330i Sedan......great experience - totally awesome salesman John Moise and easy financing......couldn't ask for more. Thanks BMW of Roseville!
