AZZ and Nasar are very good at thier job! Customer service is definitely at the top of thier prioraty list. It’s so nice to walk into a dealership where everything they say is the truth! The people at BMW of Roseville are very friendly and helpful. I was met immediately by an attendant who took my car and told me where to go. My rep was busy at the moment so I waited in the very comfortable lounge. My rep Sarah was very friendly and helpful. This was my first oil change so there wasn't much to do. I needed to wait for my vehicle and it took longer than the 1 and 1/2 that I was told. However, I was very comfortable in the lounge as they provide a large widescreen TV, and Keurig, and pastries. So disappointed loaner cars are not available (particularly when part of my service included the air-bag recall). Going through enterprise car shuttle/rental took over 1/2 hour of my time which I resent. Also, upon pick-up, my car was not cleaned. I was told the power washer broke 2 days before. Sounds like an excuse, not a reason. I like the sales department here, but not fond of the service department. I will consider going elsewhere in the future.
Been in 3 times in a year for parking lamp malfunction. Last service visit I went in primarily for the parking lamp malfunction and they found the wiring was damaged. They fixed the wiring but never fixed the parking lamp. I've never had a good experience with the service department at this BMW location.
I am extremely impressed with the level of service at BMW of Roseville. Tom D went above and beyond to answer every question. We purchased the car and Tom followed up with phone calls to make sure we were happy. He was so kind and there was no pressure. Art was also helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for making purchasing a car so much fun. You guys are great.
