RecommendedI have been going to this shop for nearly 10 years. I have gone to other shops locally including other BMW branches for service. My rep, Shawn Ivers, is the literal only reason I still drive me 2002 M5 nearly 20 years after it was made. Shawn is the coolest and most down to earth guy and genuinely loves serving people. Paperwork was fast and easy, payments are right where we needed to be, and we were informed of every detail that we needed to know about the car, the warranties, and the procedure. Best car shopping experience I’ve ever had!
I am very happy with my purchase. The customer service was great and the process was very simple.
Unfortunately I had a 1015 appointment for a routine service on my car. I took the shuttle home and waited for them to call me. By 5 o’clock I had heard nothing. I spent a half hour trying to get through to ask what the status of my car was. The service guy finally called me at 5:30 saying that my car was not ready and would not be ready until the next day.
