Second time here and both times they took care of my service efficiently. Shaun went above and beyond again to look into any concerns I had with my car. Only one thing though, I don't know if they topped off my washer fluid and forgot to turn off the low fluid level light...not really a big deal
RecommendedOver all or experience at BMW of Roseville was very positive! Our on-line contact, Anna, was such a great help and was so pleasant to work with! We didn't have a great experience with the finance guy, but Anna and Cameron, the manager, took care of that and we left with exactly what we were looking for! The X3 is terrific and we love driving it!
We had the best experience buying at BMW of Roseville. Anna was a wonderful sales rep, start to finish. Great customer service and awesome finance manager.We will definitely going back to buy another BMW soon.
Good service, called me and kept me informed throughout the day. They provided UBER to & from the dealer in a timely manner. Kudos.
Shaun Ivers, the service advisor was beyond awesome! However, the complimentary car wash was awful as usual. Forgot to wash my car when I picked up. Then when they did wash it, then they just quickly sprayed down and sprayed the tires dressing all over your tires and WHEELS and Didn’t bother wipe the dressing off after that. When I drove off, the black dressing sprayed all over the sides of my white M3 and upwards to the windows made them all blotchy. I had to washed my car when I got home. :(
Carlos Mejia is very knowledgeable and not pushy/high pressure, something I won’t tolerate. I actually like the fixed price aspect on your cars. I cannot stand haggling. I found a small, almost imperceptible dent in the car last night which I did not see earlier in the bright daylight. However, the light was just right yesterday but it’s something I’m choosing to live with in that the car is used. Most expensive used car I have ever bought but used nevertheless.
