I went from a BMW hater to a BMW fan for life! Filip K made the sales experience a genuine pleasure. He knew I was also looking at another car at a different dealership and never once tried to hard sell me. He let the car do the selling...and it worked! In a five-month span, I had the extraordinary privilege to own a Porsche Cayman, Mercedes GLA 250 and now my BMW 430i. I feel a bit like Goldylocks because after experiencing all three, the BMW was just right!
Tai Cai was the sales rep for my lease of a 2020 BMW X1 sDrive. The deal was made via emails subject only to appraisal of the trade-in of my 2011 BMW 3281 convertible. Tai was courteous, prompt, and provided every piece of information I requested. Once at the dealership, he expedited the process after the appraisal resulted in the trade amount which I had requested. Bottom line was 19% off MSRP. I highly recommend Tai to prospective buyers and lessees.
We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable in all departments. There was no pressure and plenty of time was taken to explain operation of auto, financing, etc. Great place to purchase a car.
