They were awesome other car dealers treated my husband like we could not afford the cars we walked into BMW and the staff was polite and listened to our wants and needs the finance department was great and I will definitely be a BMW owner for life!
I'm not sure what exactly is going on at this dealership. They don't return phone calls, they don't return emails, they don't have any information at all about any of the cars on their lot. For some reason they make it very hard to buy a vehicle..
There service department is excellent.

Bought 3 cars from Roseville BMW and have had great service. Love my 2016 M sport 4 hard top convertible. I was teamed with a BMW genius who answered all my questions. I wasn't ready to commit yet he spent more time with me. When I finally said yes. I called. He met with me the next day. Spent 4 hours going over all the options. And!! I'll drive the 100 miles any time I need something for or about my BMW.
When I purchased the vehicle and the contract stated 72 mos or 100,000 they need to stand behind that. If not then indicate there is only 24 out of 72 months remaining and the payment for the extended warranty should be based on remaining months.
Service was done in the time frame quoted
I always have a positive experience, Tyler took care of my problem as soon as I arrived, got me in a loaner can, the problem was fixed in one day. Roseville BMW is always clean and has a nice lounge if you are waiting for your car. Thank you!
