How can you hire such RACIST employees, like Mike Holland! Seeing an Asian customer and then start singing My Sharona changing the words to My Corona and declaring the dealership as a “corona free zone”!!! Blatant disregard of someone’s civil rights! Can you say civil lawsuit!
I, unexpectedly, had to buy a new car, after my 2018 BMW X1 was totaled (by a texter!!!!!) Not only did my car save my life, but when I went into BMW Roseville the next day, Everyone went out of their way to help me get into a new car as soon as possible. I had the same salesperson, Julian, and a new one Leo, and dealt with tommi and nassar, and of course Dave... and sooooooo many others. They made this lousy turn of events as easy as possible. Class act, all of them.
Last week I purchased a 745 e it was an absolutely first class service. David is an amazing manager. Leo was the associate who helped me, he is very knowledgeable, respectful of your time and space, not pushy at all. He found the right car with the right features for me. All in all, It was an excellent experience. Highly recommended without any reservations.
Service Dept was great. My Advisor kept me in the loop with the services being done with my car.
