RecommendedI recently had my SAV serviced here. I needed to leave vehicle overnight so they rented me a car to use during this time. Elizabeth was my service advisor and she was awesome! This is a great place and they show that they care about their customers! I appreciate their great customer service!
Very disappointing. You buy a $35k car, in finacining they make you sign 'buying vehicle as is' and when they drive up to give you the car after all has been signed... turns it only has one key. Asking them to pay/order a 2nd key, they decline and say sorry, you bought 'as is'. Everything was great up until then... then they cheap out on $500 when I just spent $35k... maybe the GM needs to read ISMs in Action by Dan Gilbert again.

Every person we encountered at BMW of Roseville was so kind and personable, especially Joshua (our salesperson) and Tommy (in finance).
