This was the first time I went to BMW of Roseville for my 2019 430i routine oil change service. The service guy, Andrew (10/10) provided me round trip pick up which is extremely helpful. When I purchased the vehicle and the contract stated 72 mos or 100,000 they need to stand behind that. If not then indicate there is only 24 out of 72 months remaining and the payment for the extended warranty should be based on remaining months.
