Last week I purchased a 745 e it was an absolutely first class service. David is an amazing manager. Leo was the associate who helped me, he is very knowledgeable, respectful of your time and space, not pushy at all. He found the right car with the right features for me. All in all, It was an excellent experience. Highly recommended without any reservations.
I have taken my I3 in three times in the last year and a half for general maintenance and have been more than satisfied. I feel they have been honest and have provided excellent service. Have always provided my in service transportation needs and have been respectful. Shout out to Andrew!

This was the first time I went to BMW of Roseville for my 2019 430i routine oil change service. The service guy, Andrew (10/10) provided me round trip pick up which is extremely helpful. Besides, he kept text me to provide the update of my services progress. I will come back for my next routine oil change for sure. Thanks! Andrew.
