Really great customer service. Josh in sales and Tommy in finance were both really accommodating and helpful. I would definitely recommend them for a new car! I'm loving my X3!
Everything went well, the customer service could be better, I bought my X3 in Reno (10star customer service) but here the staff begrudgingly greet you and then get the job done. I'll see how it goes next time.
Andrew and Ryan are awesome in the service department. Took care of my 530i and my M3, washed and cleaned my cars after service and I even got a rental too! Thanks guys, you rock!
Second time here and both times they took care of my service efficiently. Shaun went above and beyond again to look into any concerns I had with my car. Only one thing though, I don't know if they topped off my washer fluid and forgot to turn off the low fluid level light...not really a big deal
