Wish there was a so so option. Long phone wait and no call back when I opted for it. No loaner and they did not wash my car after service (Lexus always did). Nice, fast and professional service advisor...so not all bad. Overall, so so.

Long wait for service to answer phone line to be answered. One time asked for a call back from the recording and no call. No loaner when I left my car. Valet told me my service rep would be right with me. I waited in the waiting area for 20 minutes. When I went up to the valet? He told me he forgot about me

We had a fabulous experience with our delightful salesperson Leo. He showed us everything we were interested and got us a fair deal. Highly recommend this smart, hardworking and honest sales person. We have had several BMW’s through the years but this was our best sales experience.
