I went to BMW of Roseville in August to cancel the gap insurance on a vehicle I traded in in July. I still have not received my money. When I. called to find out what was going on, I was told to call BMW USA when I called them, I was referred back to Roseville a check was sent to BMW Roseville according to BMW USA. I was told that I need to have a 3 way phone conversation with Roseville and BMW USA. Ridiculous still no money
For a simple service (oil change) it took over 3 hours, and there was no communication or updates on the progress. Not good customer service.
BMW of Roseville has always taken care of me and my 2014 328I. They have a great staff and knowledgeable technicians.

Jimmy was very friendly and knowledgeable and the service on the auto was prompt. The dealership was clean neat and the employees were very nice.
Great customer service every time I come in, everyone is friendly and courteous. They truly care about me and my care needs, they don’t try to up-sell me just for the sake of boosting their numbers. Only recommend what needs to get done that will benefit my vehicle to last with out problems. Tom Diefendorf was great. I’m from Reno NV and by the time i arrived to the dealership he had the car that i like all ready for me to see and test drive. He also had the car transferred from san jose to Sacramento. Thumbs up and double fist pump.
