Love my car , but the follow up with customer service department has gotten worse over the years.
This was my first experience with BMW of Roseville. What a great staff. From the initial appointment-thru the service, I was very pleased..with their professionalism, kindness, patience, and their willingness to listen. And the shuttle service was fast, safe, and the drivers were friendly. What a blessing to have this experience. Thank you BMW of Roseville for setting a high standard and living up to it.
Service Manager Allen and Service Representative Shaun went beyond the usual and customary to welcome me as a new customer to Roseville BMW. My expectations were exceeded ! I have posted a YELP review that highlights the delightful experience with all persons that I came in contact with during my first visit for service.
The most amazing experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle! I am so thankful to Shannon for helping find the perfect car for me and treating me with nothing but respect! I’ve bought here before and that’s why I came back! I will never go anywhere else! These people took time to listen to me and my special circumstances to help me get the car I wanted! Best place ever!!
Waiting on hold for the service department for 22 minutes.
The lease process went very smoothly and our sales people were very patient as we pondered our options. Also, the two young gentlemen who familiarized us with our vehicle were very gentle and helpful. We are not very techy people. The only let down was that we later learned it is common for customers to receive a set of rubber floor mats for inclement weather. Granted, we did not ask about this because we did not know. It would have been a nice gesture (value added experience) rather than learn about it later.
Very disappointed No follow up from service advisor Very unprofessional they say something on the phone and dont follow up on it. I’ve serviced my car at Niello on Arden way what a difference
I want to thank Patrick, who has always been thoughtful and respectful. The service has been great, and each time I was without my car, I was loaned great BMW's. I would refer anyone to the Roseville BMW. Thank you for taking good care of my 325i.
