Had excellent service this week. Had my first oil change. Only waited 1 hour. When I picked up my car, it was sparkling clean!
The recall and warranty work was completed as planned and the car was cleaned when returned to us - we have had great service from Roseville BMW since we bought the X3. We had a puzzling email about missing our appointment after we left the car for service from Friday until the following Wednesday so there must have been a glitch in the software program. Thank you!
Purchased a 2011 328i and we love it. Shannon Babby made the experience excellent. I was surprised to find a great used BMW at a BWM dealership. Shannon explained everything in great detail and best of all - he was not pushy! Thus we got the same attention and respect as a person buying a new BMW. After sales support has been excellent to honor sales agreement. I would definitely look to Roseville BMW for future BMW purchases.

I'm very happy with the 328i that I purchased. John Moise was very helpful and made the car buying experience as relaxing as it could be. We did hit a few unexpected hurdles, but John went out of his way to work with the management team and get everything taken care of to our satisfaction. It couldn't have worked out better! My Sales Representative Arthur did a great job putting me in the car I wanted, and kept me posted as vehicles came in. He was very personable to my wife and I, and the purchase process was fun and hassle-free, as Roseville BMW worked with me to get to a price that worked for both of us. A true professional. BMW Genius Nick went through the many features and systems in the 528i with great skill-kid knows his stuff. Sales Manager David did a great job.
