First time I bring my car here. I had an appointment for service. Got 3 calls asking if I will be on time and reminding me of my appointment. I'm on time and the receptionist says I need to wait because there are2 more people ahead of me on the line!!! And it will take some time.
Don't ever expect a call back to resolve a problem. Their phone system also likes to route you in circles and then hang up on you. I've been trying to get my warranty paperwork for almost a year and all I have received are unfulfilled promises.
Tony and the rest of the staff are incredibly professional and personable. They made our purchase of a VW CC such an enjoyable process. My wife and I had a great time. Thanks guys!

I made an appointment to fix an air bag recall. Lucky for me I called 2 days prior to the scheduled appointment to verify that they had the airbag in stock. I was told that if I had an appointment then the part was there. Feeling not-to-sure about that answer, I asked if they would double check that fact. After waiting for 10 minutes I was told that the part was NOT in stock and that I would be put on a waiting list. I bought my BMW 2 years ago. I recently needed service and brought my car into the service center there. I had the worst experience with the service manager. He was rude, condescending and disrespectful. My experience with the General Manager above him, was not much different. After reaching out to corporate, the response again from the GM was inappropriate. No one ever offered an appointment for my overdue service and they treated me as if my issues were unimportant.
