Ray Merheb at BMW of Houston North did a fantastic job throughout my recent purchasing experience. I bought the car from out of state and he was very helpful and knowledgeable, going the extra mile to keep me informed during the whole process. I expected some difficulties in buying a car from halfway across the country but it turned out to be very easy. I appreciate the professionalism with which the sale was handled; it was a great experience from beginning to end.
