Radar did a wonderful job of accommodating the service of my BMW X5. Compared to other BMW dealership I have used in the past they did a tremendous job in making the scheduling, drop off and collection of my car relatively quick and easy. I will definitely be using BMW north in future to service my vehicle.

Dear Randy: I am sure that you receive many e-mails with complaints, but not many with compliments. I wanted to bring to your attention the fantastic service that Jeremy Gold has provided to me since he became my service advisor. He is the BEST advisor I have ever had. After two unpleasant experiences with other dealerships while looking for a used MDX, I saw one on the Internet that I liked at BMW of Houston North. I called for info and talked to both the sales person (Shawn) and the financial manager. I made an appointment and from arrival to driving out with my new car was less than two hours. This past Thursday, I had the very fortunate opportunity to work with Shaun Massiah (Sales) and Ben Chu (Finance) in the purchase of my 2013 6 Series. Shaun presented a wonderful vehicle and did a great job explaining the car's features amd functions. I applaud the business office for putting together an awesome deal! I had my vehicle in for its 80,000 mile check and the service representative was excellent and the service was very good. Eric ensured me and informed me of issues arising and the steps to take to address them.

I bought my car a month ago they call me and advise they can't find the inspection I needed to come and also to get spare key programmed they advised me oh it will only take 20 mins ..once I'm there for half an hour then they say oh it can take about another 45 mins to hr #really

I had an appointment today. First I wasn't allowed to drive into the service drop-off bay. I was signaled to back up and then 3 other vehicles were guided in before me. I parked in customer parking and walked inside. I checked in and the appointment ladies were wonderful. They then asked me to pull around to the service drop-off bay. I explained how rude the red-shirted men were. They apologized and had it pulled around. Service man said it would be ready in 1 hour. 4 hours later I had to contact service agent. I went to BMW of Houston North to install a Dinan Stage 1 tune for my 428i GC. Service Advisor Chris Corl couldn't of been more friendly or helpful!! He helped make my experience there absolutely top notch!
