Absolutely terrible experience. I purchased a used vehicle from Kelly (he is a guy) and within a week of owning it, the engine had failed. This car that I purchased had 24,000 miles on it and the motor had to be replaced...a $5400 job that was thankfully covered under the original manufacturer warranty. Aside from the engine replacement, I was promised a spare key and key fob. Neither of which have been returned to me nor have they returned any of my numerous calls.
