Have a horrible worker name Zachary Bailey who takes customers cars out for hoy ride and abuse the car!!! He admitted to the owner of the vehicle after a video of him came up showing how he abuse a customer's car. It's a shame how BMW would hire a criminal like him. Avoid this place at cost unless you want your car to be trash by this Bailey.
Just got annual servicing on my 3-Series yesterday. Oscar was well organized and I had an overall very good experience. Shuttle service took me to and from a local Starbucks (due to construction at the dealership) while I waited for the car to be finished. The only thing that I found when I got the car home was the gas filler door was open; not sure how that happened but it was easily corrected.
Tom king my sales person was wounderful and Very helpful in get my new BMW X5. Even though the dealership is under construction they all went out of their way to get my deal done. I personally recommend this dealership to buy BMW's.
Ray was an excellent salesman and Khalid is very helpful with teaching you about your car. Great experience.
Dealership has done an exceptional job taking care of my cars. Nice that on top of that the car is washed/vacuumed showroom ready when I pick it up. My service advisor, Rader, is someone I trust. Good job everyone.
Shaun showed me every vehicle I wanted to see. Even after narrowing my decision down to two, he was willing to show me others that may offer greater value. Transaction was very smooth, and I received BMW's best financing available.
