Went in for a routine check up, came early for my appointment but was accommodated. The service advisor was very good and keeps us updated on our service status.
My service advisor was Eduardo and he was absolutely amazing as far as communication and keeping me in the know with what was going on with my BMW. I love the fast service. My vehicle was fixed in 2 days and what Eduardo quoted me, my final price was lower than the quote! I will definitely recommend BMW of Houston North to my family and friends. I know some people are afraid of going to the dealer because of what the cost might be but it was definitely worth every single penny and my car runs better than ever.
1st, the loner they gave me to drive for 2-3 days, the gas tank was on empty. Had to put some gas into the car to get home! 2nd, they drove my little coupe over 100 miles while they had it, and left me with 1/2 tank of gas. I had topped it off before I left my coupe at BMW service dept. The were going to do the yearly inspection, so I paid the $25.50, the first day before I left in the gas-less loner. This location has always been good to me for service purposes. Only one time they took alot longer than they originally said but i was notified and had nothing planned so i was cool. Otherwise, usually quick and efficient and they always clean my car to shine :-)

Khalid, their BMW “genius,” activated my key fobs, connected my gate and garage remotes to the universal opener, and imparted useful iDrive tips. And K, their finanace manager, was friendly and fast.
