The customer service is terrible and the communication in none existent. Avoid at all cost, I’ve been waiting on a call from Matt to tell me about my vehicle that has been there since 9am, it’s currently 5:40pm. I called the service department to get a hold of him and have been on hold for over 20mins. This is below BMW standards and they need to replace the entire team in that business. RecommendedI took my Mini Cooper in for oil change and have it checked out for a road trip. I had a 25%off coupon from mini and they honored the coupon. The communication and honesty was the best. I was told by a mini dealership in California that I might need a brake job soon and the bmw dealership said my breaks were fine. I appreciate the honesty. I will take my car back for service.
