My son purchased a 2011 328i in immaculate condition from BMW Houston North and the experience was more than excellent. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable and we feel like we got a great deal as well. I would highly recommend and have recommended they use Houston North if they are looking to purchase or service a BMW.

I have a pre-owned vehicle that had issues from the first month until now. You buy a BMW to last. Now, the GM, Regional Market Manager and everyone above and below refuse to put anything in writing and continue to ignore my requests for an explanation in writing as to what works in my car and what does not. I cannot recommended this dealership to anyone. If they were on the up and up, I believe they would respond in writing to explain what is going on with my car. These people are deceptive...buyer beware!
I drive all the way north from the River Oaks area to see Erick Camargo. He's been the best service advisor I've ever worked with. He provides impeccable customer service and has been beyond accommodating through the years with each BMW I've owned. Erick even went out of his way to schedule a service appointment with a loaner for me on an off day he had because his wife had just given birth to their baby.
