I just took my BMW in for service and I was pleased with the whole experience. Rader has been my service consultant for the past few years and I feel like he really cares and helps where he can. I have been going to BMW North Houston for over 12 years now and I am pleased with how courteous everyone is there. I highly recommend them for great service.
I've been buying and/or leasing BMW's from BMW of Houston North for over 10 years. The customer service experience has always been exceptional. I was disappointed this year to learn that BMW has reduced the amount of covered service on their leases, but Warren and Saad were great to work with. Eduardo is my service manager and he's also been fantastic.
Would be a pretty good dealer if they didn't have F&I. All was promising, no haggle, great sales consultant, perfect communication and accommodation for out of town buyer all to be flushed down the toilet by a egregiously slow F&I department that made us wait 4 hours in the show room. We made arrangements to reserve a vehicle, told sales we were out of town buyers and had to go back the same evening, worked out trade in and other affairs prior to showing up yet somehow didn't leave the dealer until an hour or so after they c... read more
Terrible service from start to finish. Extremely unfriendly service department cashier. Also, service manager mad when I had a coupon to use which I downloaded from automation which I was routed to when I signed in to wireless!!! Waited 4 hours for oil change and state inspection. I usually don’t write negative reviews but this experience makes me NEVER want to buy a BMW again!
I purchased an M Performance exhaust last year and enjoyed outstanding service and subsequent support from Scott, the Assistant Parts Manager. He was able to extend me a great deal. One of the exhaust tips was defective and ended up falling off the car even after replacing the affixing screw. Scott sent me a replacement exhaust tip without question, providing great support that I thought deserved a review.
Vinnie did everything he was suppose to do ... kept me informed.. etccc... Brought my car in at 730 am for oil change, fuel flush, and tire rotation... 8 hours later car service completed ..... find that to be a little excessive and even opted for no Wash as that would have been another 45 minutes...
