I really liked my experience, brought my car in for repair. They were very customer friendly, answered any question I had and most importantly fixed the issues with my car. I also loved the shuttle service to and from my house. I recommend this location.
RecommendedRay Merhab is the BEST salesman there. My family and I have gotten cars/SUV's from him for the past 10 years. He is professional, courteous and always has our best interest at heart. If it were not for Ray, we wouldn't even go to this facility but every time he keeps us coming back!! I highly recommend asking for Ray if you go there!

I went in to get my X3 repaired and after 3 attempts my truck is still having the same problem! I’ve been swindled to pay for things that were irrelevant to the issue. Was told that it must be my phone charger that is causing my passenger restraint system to default. I’m highly frustrated and disappointed with BMW of Houston North. This Makes absolutely no sense. ��
Recently had my 428i evaluated for an A/C issue...great dealership and service. My service advisor, Rader Evans was top notched and very knowledgeable!
