I recently purchased a used 2018 BMW 430i from another large dealer and took it in to BMW of Houston North just to make sure it was all up to speed on services. The service personnel I encountered were top notch and they provided the requested services at no cost to me. I will be back.
Service experience was not the greatest. 'Couple of minutes' for them usually means 10-15 minutes. I got a scratch on the trunk while the car was being serviced. My agent was nice enough to take care of it but had I not noticed it, they weren't going to to do anything about it. The reasoning given to me was that when you service so many cars a day - stuff happens. How lame is that?
The sales people are great, especially Daniel. But the service department is probably one of the worst I have ever seen. The few occasions I have brought my car in, I have had the worst time. The last time I brought my car in, they threw all my stuff from inside the rental car on their service floor. They told me they needed my rental car, but I could have moved all my stuff myself if they would have asked instead of being thrown on the dirty floor. My advisor Jeff was great he not only assist me in what I went to have serviced but also took care of all my maintenance so that I would have to turn around and go right back. Customer service staff was great! I highly recommend!
