I purchased a vehicle on Monday of last week and they got me to sign up for a product called windshield protection and bmw ultimate care . I just spoke to the general manager and he stated that it’s non-cancellable. Do not get lured into these products. I will be contacting bmw, FTC , better business bereau and if that doesn’t work ill take them to small claims court. Horrible experience, will not shop here again!
