Geez i would rather go for a prostate exam than having to deal with these people again. I would recommend a different BMW dealership. I regret buying my car here don't make the same mistake

Our experience at BMW was amazing thanks to Mr. Ray Merhab. He was very helpful in showing us all the available options on the m850 I which we knew we wanted. Since it was a new model he kept us informed as to the process of waiting for the car. When it arrived we were contacted immediately! Worst dealership in Houston Tx area. The salesman was good but the finance department is worthless.
Jeremy Gold is the best service advisor. He has been the service advisor for all of my BMW’s and I’ve never had a bad experience. He is honest about what is needed and gives me accurate estimates. He has the car ready when promised and always takes the time to talk to me and answer any questions I may have whenever I call or come by. The shop is clean and organized - I would never trust my BMW to any other dealer. Thanks Jeremy!
