RecommendedHenry was our sales rep. He was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. We were at the dealership for hours; it was Black Friday. He stayed and waited until we finished all of the transaction. I was rushed with the tutorial due to the hour. Definitely must set a time for an extended tutorial on the use of this complicated SUV 5. Cannot day enough about the thoughtful way Henry met our needs except for teaching me the complicated system.

customer service has decreased tremendously to worst. Before they merged or got bought out by autonation it was great. that explains why most of the good salesman are gone. they've had my vehicle since Monday, everyday they tell me it'll be ready by 4. It's Saturday morning now and still my vehicle isn't fixed. They said they couldn't find Acura parts in the Houston area so they had to get it from Dallas, wow.
