We recently serviced my wife's M4 at the dealership. All work was completed as expected and on schedule. The technician found a few other items that needed attention and completed them also. I recommend the A/C service. Got rid of the moldy/musty odor from the vents. Thanks to Grayson and the team for great service.!
I value the friendly and professional service I get whenever I have my car serviced. My service advisor Vinnie is detailed, honest and provides answers to each and every question I have. He goes over all charges in detail, we discuss any or all of them before they even start the work. I appreciate feeling like I’m their only customer. They are always eager to help me with every need I have. You guys are rock stars!!
BMW customer service is the best, Thanks to Vinnie. I just bought my new Vehicle and had it for less than a month (got a great deal thanks to Ray Merheb) and had to bring it in for service. The repairs took over a week, I was given a loaner car to use. Vinnie kept in contact with me about the progress on my Vehicle each day. I have been dealing with this dealership for over 20 years and I totally recommend them. Keep up the great work. Stay Safe during this Coronavirus pandemic.
