RecommendedCustomer service is what brings me back to BMW of Houston North time and again, theirs is just top-notch. From the greeters all the way up to the service managers, these guys are very knowledgeable about their jobs and very professional and courteous. Erick Camargo and Vinnie Doble helped me out on my last visit over there. I like that they are very familiar with my vehicles and they always have recommendations of what needs to be done and what can wait. They make me feel like a part of the family and not just a costumer.
BMW North takes excellent care of customers. People in the service department are very nice, patient and helpful. Whenever my car has been serviced by them, it’s fixed correctly the first time. I drive an hour just to have them service my car.

Dustin is an outstanding service adviser. If you don't have one, I'd ask for him!!
I take my 2014 X5 Diesel there whenever it needs service because Vinnie is wonderful to work with and always take very good care of me. He explains all your options up front and then calls to explain what has/is/will be done on a daily basis if it's there for more than a day. Even took care of me on his day off. He is what makes it an easy decision to keep coming back even though there are a lot of other dealerships/mechanics closer to my house.
