RecommendedI was at the dealership on Saturday, October 24th, 2020. I was greeted by Cassie who was assigned to me. My appointment was at 10:00 a.m. and I did not leave until around 1:00 p.m. but I have to say that this young lady was so attentive to me!! I knew that a Saturday morning would be busy but I had to get my vehicle serviced. Cassie checked on me from time to time. I had multiple bad experiences with service department, appointment is made , the day before evening got a call from service writer tell me not to bring my car in because they don’t have the loaner, he will call me the next day tell me what to do, I deal with Lexus and Mercedes before this never happened, then they send someone to my wife work pu the car and return after service, this car has access to my house garage and home alarm , this is not the first that happened,just very disappointed, my whole family currently own 1... read more

We’ve serviced my 428i w/Bert Smith since we moved to Florida, two years ago. After recently & unexpectedly losing my husband, (who handled all maintenance) i hit a curb, I took my car in to be checked for a balance/alignment. It wasn’t pulling, (I hit that curb head on, at a slow rate) Tire was fine, rim was fine. Turned out it needed struts & ball bearings. RecommendedI recommend Valencia BMW if you can work with Chris in the service department. My experience with the other associates has been mediocre at best. My last service was good as he took the time to validate my concerns and questions and not brush them off as in the past.
