The salespersons for both new and pre-owned that I've dealt with over the years are patient and concerned that you are satisfied. Service personnel are great! The worst treatment. Be aware that you will have to take extra care checking the vehicle before you sign any papers. They will not acknowledge any responsibility of any damage that you may had overlooked. I wish I had never bought a vehicle from these people.
