RecommendedEd was great! I had waiting over 4 years to order my M2 BMW. West t and momentum kept give me the run around never called me while I was on the waiting list. In August after getting frustrated I saw Ed at North BMW by August 5th my car was in production. I took delivery September 28th best car buying experience ever! Great job!!!! The service was great, they had to come get me 30 minutes away so I could get my car after it was serviced, I didn’t have anyone to take me to get it that day, I was sooooo grateful 👍👍👍

Incredible facility. The staff is second to none. Enjoyable experience every time.
This has to be the slowest service department I have ever seen. Be careful when you buy a car here. I had a disagreement with a service contract I was talked into buying. Asked to see the recording of my closing and of course they said we don't have this. And the woman that sold me the contract is no longer with them. Will never go back to this dealer again. I buy a new car every 3 years so next year I think I will by a Mercedes Benz.
