Went today to get an oil change for my mini, hope the mini dealer opens up again... it was no fun and one the salesmen dude wasn't wearing a mask and saying good morning to the cashiers... I asked the advisor that I was interested in a new mini and she said the used cars are over there.... really ... never again

I have been thinking about buying a Honda CRV. But today, after my service visit with BMW of Columbia, I have changed my mind. The customer service was superb. Recently took my SUV in for routine oil change. Was met with representative promptly and service person followed. Had service performed, and was on my way, 1.5 hours. Only thing wrong.. they washed my vehicle, and just as I pulled out of the garage, it started raining!! Oh well, what can you do?
