Jeremy Gold is the BOMB! I had taken my car in for some recall and warranty work. The parts had to come from Germany, so it took longer than usual. Jeremy and BMW made a good faith gesture on replacing an item that typically wasn't covered as it was considered "trim' - but they made right on it without any fuss. They gave me a styling vehicle as a loaner, and I picked up my car today. What a great experience! Thanks to all of you @ BMW of Houston North! Impeccable customer service!

Excellent sales staff specifically Phillip and Steven Cook. The finance department Khalid was very helpful and pleasant to deal with, A word of caution though and i say this with the primary blame on me.Pay attention to your contract they have a tendency to add extras that were not agreed on the original bill of sale.I reviewed mine later and found some that according to the finance manage could not be refunded. Other than that love my new 2020 750i x drive.
Although I live in Dallas, my experience with purchasing a new car from BMW of Houston recently was amazing! Shaun my salesman was very helpful, honest and overall great to work with! I highly recommend BMW of Houston to anyone!
