Made an appointment for Friday at 7 AM It was confirm. On Friday they decided to change it to 7:20 AM. I requested a loaner car. Got a loner. No gas, & smelt like cigars and cigarettes. I called Cris, The advisor that loan me the car and was taking care of my needs for my car. Never once did I hear back from him. Ya. Thank you Valencia BMW. It's only my 17 BMW I purchased!!

She touched base with me on Wednesday informing me that the diesel system had to be checked and this would take some time.
