I just brought my 440 in for its 10k service. I was told they didn't have a loaner available when I made the appointment, but that it would take 2hrs or less, so I scheduled around lunch time and had shuttle take me to lunch. My service assistant called during lunch and suggest an tire swap and balance for $200 and that it wouldn't add much time, so I agreed. After lunch, I came back to the dealership and waited. Steve Cook, the manager has honesty and integrity. Henry, my salesman was friendly, patient and knew his product well. I had gone to another dealership but felt like they only wanted to push you into buying something and did not care about anything else.
