Excellent service! I was in and out. Everyone was very friendly.
Service Dept misdiagnosed my transmission problem. Now trying to stick me with multiple $1000’s for repairs they caused. Incompetence is rampant!!! Obviously never did a test drive to simulate the original issue after they said my car was ready. As soon as I picked up and drove it did the EXACT thing I originally brought it in for. Now it’s worse off than before.
Great sales experience - ask for Rodney Woodard. After looking at a number of luxury SUV's, I can say with complete enthusiasm that Rodney was the best salesman across all the major brands. He is knowledgeable, listened to our needs and found the perfect vehicle. He deserved our business and we would recommend him to anyone looking at BMWs.

After a bad experience negotiating and a waste of time at The Woodlands, BMW, my wife and I ended at BMW North Houston where people have Excellent public relations willing to do win-win business! The sales managers, Scott and Sarah, like Shaun, the sales agent, did the impossible to cater to us.
