They refused to fix my car, saying this coolant flush cost more than my car worth. Then gave the vehicle back to me disconnecting the negative. Claiming I had electrical problems. After I reinstalling the negative, I drove it to an independent shop where they were able to do a simple coolant flush. Thanks for wasting my time.
We just bought our second BMW from Ray Merheb. He is absolutely the best and works out the best deals for you! Everyone was so professional and the entire BMW staff at Houston North was excellent!
Price
As a reminder, when your warranty runs out you pay BIG and there is a lot of suggestive selling because your service advisor works to get a commission. Be aware, be very aware! Do your research. If anyone can tell me exactly Tara does, that would be awesome. I still can’t figure out her role.
