Customer service is horrible. Made an appointment last week with confirmation, they called to reschedule the loaner vehicle and said they would call back. After calling back at least 3 times on 3 different days I’m still left without a service appointment one week later. A luxury car dealership should have exceptional service, my experience has been far from that.

RecommendedI was warmly welcomed and made comfortable from the moment I arrived. Phillip Crosbie was very proficient, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and most informative. Tony Townley is a true professional. So pleased to deal with both of these gentlemen. I will certainly refer this business to all my friends.
My suggestion is to avoid this dealership - I am having a horrible experience after the sale due to their lack of professionalism.
