That is largely in part because of the sales associate, Michael Ford, he did amazing by me since I was completing the sale from afar. On yesterday 7/2/2020 I had a appointment for an simple oil change on my x3 at 11:00am.. My car was there @5min before 11:00.. The service advisor came out and inspected my car saying he heard something when turning the steering wheel.. I told him I know about the issue.. My vehicle was taken to the back.. At 12:30 I haven’t heard anything.. At 1:30pm I was still waiting..
