I don’t even know where to begin!!! This was by far the BEST car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. Rodney Woodard was our salesman, and literally the ideal guy. He made us feel so comfortable, was so down to earth, and stayed with us through the entire process (unlike most). We didn’t have to do any back and forth, they were great and straight to the point which was such a relief. We look forward to our future trips to BMW north Houston with all our service!
Bought a 328i car fax said it had a repair in front and I can see the flaws in the front and rear after I got it home I've said something 2 times and I've been ignored. Other than that we will see what the future holds.
I went to get an oil change and I was told that it would take one hour and 20 minutes to complete. I was told that I could wait in the waiting area and the advisor would come to get me when the car was ready. I noticed people kept coming in, getting their car done and leaving. After 2 hours I went to the cashier to see why the service advisor had not called me. She checked on it and said it was being washed. I arrived at 11:00 and did not drive out until 2:15. The customer service staff need to be retrained on how to handle customers legitimate complains without being offended. Return the customers vehicle back to them with out taking items from their vehicle.
