I relocated to Houston and one of my first stops here was BMW of North Houston. I was turned away because I did not have a TX driver's license. In spite of a very good credit history, they rejected me until I went across the hiway to Audi, whom was happy to take my business.... When I informed BMW of this, all of a sudden, I was an acceptable client. That said, they changed the deal they originally gave me - making it less favorable than the original. Purchased a used car a couple months ago from this dealer, and it worked great.. until the warranty expired. $1000 to replace all of the spark plug wires and then today the alternator and or starter goes bad. Buyer beware.
The salesmen try to play you stupid and dumb, the internet manager made promises he couldn't and didn't keep. I don't like being conned and everyone deserves some form of respect when purchasing top name cars... if my husband hadn't purchased from them and supposed to have a rapport with them, I wouldn't have purchased my X5. Not happy with being rushed and threatened, wish I could have went else where and shopped around. Plus the car had several dings and cracks which we weren't told about and could not see in the dark.
