Great customer service and communication.
There was a bit of a Mix Up when I took my car in for service and a loaner car was not available but, I have to give 100% credit to Oscar Quintanilla in the service Dept for making sure all was taken care of. He went above and Beyond to make sure all of the issues from the Loaner Car to the warranty work were handled. Thanks Again!

Bought a vehicle a few months ago, there was a small crack in the windshield that I was told I could bring in to repair. Now they are denying the windshield damage was there when I purchased it. Gotta love buying an expensive car with no service on existing damage. If you want to buy a car from a dealership that WILL GO BACK ON THEIR WORD, this is DEFINITELY the place to come too!!
I purchased a X3 on Tuesday from Alex G. Thursday it rained and I noticed the sunroof had a leak. My husband and I have left several messages with Alex with no reply. We were also told a manager will contact us. It is now Monday night, We still have not heard from anyone. Love my X3 but this place has horrible customer service!

So far I am very disappointed. Purchased a CPO on Saturday and still do not have the owner's manual as of today. Who sells a car without the owners manual? Can't even change the clock. Calls not returned and sales rep and sales manager have both been lying to me, telling me it was Fed Ex overnight since Monday. Love the car, hate the dealership.
Purchased a new 335i recently. My salesperson, Hannelore Briggs was awesome. She took care of every detail and the car was perfect.
