Ever since you guys moved the two notch customers to the new location the customer service is not as personable. For example, my service consultant never explained any of the things that needed attention beyond the oil change. The paperwork states that I need new brakes and rotors, but my service consultant never mentioned it. He also never explained why they couldn’t wash the car. They have always gone above and beyond to help me with every department I have interacted with.
Had excellent customer service. My salesman, Zino Robertson was very professional and knowledgeable. On my initial inquiry of the car, he was prompt with getting in touch with me and answering questions about it. When we went to the dealership, everyone was friendly and made me feel at ease. Zino was very professional and made my experience at BMW a positive one. I’m enjoying my vehicle and would highly recommend the dealership !

We were very impressed with the service we received when we purchased our car at BMW of Columbia. Our salesman, Richard Scheimann, did everything he could to make the sale go smoothly, and it did. He went out of his way to please us and satisfy all of our requests. The finance department handled the paperwork quickly and professionally. BMW of Columbia will always get our business!!

Spoke to them on the phone yesterday about a 535i made the deal over the phone. Drove 70 miles to Columbia this morning, test drove the car and all the paperwork was ready to go.
