Just purchased a 2017 X3 which was in the loaner fleet. Traded a 2013 Lexus RX350. The deal was handled in a very professional manner unlike another BMW dealership last week. Otis, Joseph, Brent and Christopher all were very helpful with my transaction. The vehicle is way more technology advanced than I am however Christopher has been very patient with me and even provided me a number to call him day or night if I needed help.
Just paid over $2,500 for a skid plate and replacement of the whole power steering system..this was less than a week ago and sure enough I get off work and go into the parking garage after a long night at the hospital to find that my car had no power steering fluid!!! Apparently they did not change out the whole power steering system since it still has a leak. They just over charged me for nothing. They will be hearing from me and my husband. Oh, and my car still rattles underneath which was supposed to be fixed by the skid ... read more

I want to give a big shoutout to the service men at this dealership. We came in 30 minutes after their service crew closed with a busted tire and they went far and beyond to help us get that tire fixed. I really appreciate them for doing that for us.
