Too snobby to even come out and talk to us. I drove up in a virtually new SRT 8 Superbee, they had the sale if they would have waited on us and if the car they advertised had been the color they promised. They advertised a redline red tri coat pearl Dodge Challenger SRT 392, it wasn't. It was a common torred red and the paint was terribly scratched. I just got a new X5 from BMW of Columbia. I had a wonderful experience and Jeremy Easterling was very knowledgeable about all of the features of my new car!! Definitely recommend!!!

Couldn't get an air bag for my recalled BMW even after BMW of North America sent me a letter saying they had them in stock and to call BMW of Columbia. Erica in customer service said I had jever bought a car there and I currently own 3 purchased from there. They have some seriously poor customer service and follow up. Combine AT&T, Directv and the worst Heating and Air Conditioning company you know and this will give you an idea of what's in store for you.
Today I got to work with Donovan Moore (BMW genius) and got a great informational explanation of all the controls of my BMW X5. Great job for providing such a qualified and friendly person. Shawn our sales associate did a great job of showing us the car the fit our needs. Friendly sales staff including sales manager who provided us a great deal for our car.
BMW has the best service ever and knows how to keep their customers happy. Service is fast and customer service is friendly. I love BMW!
I had the worse experience ever my first and last experience with this dealership. I took my car in for an oil change and 1 day later my air condition stopped working and my card was idling real bad. I have the sheet where they ran my diagnostic for my oil change and nothing was wrong. I took it back 4 days later after the issue and had 3 different things on my sheet! Andrew Sullivan helped us understand and find the correct vehicle for our growing family. He was very responsive and attentive. We had children with us while shopping and he was very accommodating and helpful.
The service department is very slow. When I checked in for my appointment, I was told that they are 1 1/2 hours behind-- they could have called and let me know. Last time I had a problem, I had to bring the car in twice before it was fixed.
