I have a Mercedes and recently became a BMW owner and the same level of luxury and importantance Dick Dyer Mercedes gives me BMW of Columbia does the same with their own unique style. Very professional with reasonable service prices. I was given a loaner vehicle to use overnight. This will be my BMW service center.

My wife and I stopped in. Brett Cloon was our Sales Associate. We weren't pressured at all. We told him what we were looking for and he and Scott Lapsley made it happen. Even with a cranky 3 year old on our hip. It was a great experience. While we were signing the paper work, the team grabbed some Legos and played with our son. Great dealership with over the top sales staff. I would recommend BMW of Columbia to anyone. Thanks guys!
Just had the best service experience here! Was on The way to Augusta and had a tire issue. Service Department immediately took care of us and had is in and out and back on the road fast! Super friendly and great service. General Manager was awesome!
